Kifaru Foliage 1000d vs 500d

Is the difference in the 1000d vs the 500d foliage color that drastic? I found some things in foliage that I like some in 500 some in 1000? Not going to a fashion show but for the money don't really want it to look bad. I'm on the east coast so can't really get a good look without ordering it first. What do you all think?

The 1000D is slightly darker than the 500D. They mix pretty well together but you can tell the difference between the two fairly easily.

If the color isn't all matchy perfect pretend it's a cut on your hand and rub a little dirt on it. LOL

If you're buying foliage Kifaru gear you better be okay with mismatching. Because the foliage you get wont be the same color and any new Kifaru gear that comes out won't be in foliage at all.

Foliage from kifaru regardless of denier has been all over for me. Same with cb.

All my 1000d has been darker than most of the 500d stuff iv owned.

I believe that was the main reason stated for them discontinuing the color from their line.

To bad, its my favorite color even if its a shade off from batch to batch.

Yes, they're phasing out Foliage and added "wolf" grey to the line.
