Basically just fixing the issues on the Eberlestock Bando bag. 1) Replace the front pocket fabric with stretch mesh (like EXO bottle pockets) 2) spacer mesh or at least some foam with stitched ventilation on the back panel 3) good quality buckles (bando bag buckles are rattle-y) 4) Delete the logos 5) replace the giant velcro field with a single row or a cross shaped field to help with ventilation.

Basically the Bando bag layout crossed with the well thought out features of the HPG bags.

I will admit I lean slightly less towards edc and slightly more towards woods use.

I hadn’t looked hard at the marsupial, but that looks to fix a few of those issues. I do prefer the design of the Eberlestock though.

Kind of a weird first product to bring out after Aarons departure. Im sure it has uses and will sell be not for me. Seems it would fit the hipster crowd.


My guess is its not USA made either, for the $90 price tag it seems too cheap to be made in the us, i did ask this question on their facebook post but no reply

Its USA. The Rogan is absurdly more complex and is 140. 90 seems about in line with that.

They dropped the YouTube video today going over it. Super simple. Looks like a kit bag for your waist? Though a kit bag has 3 pockets. I can see the benefit to the elastic in the waist belt so I won't knock that.
