Not sure exactly how to measure it. The carbon stays are 24 but extend up a few inches. Lots of adjustability in this model. Thanks

WTS - Kifaru UL frame, CB, carbon, small belt, excellent

This is an excellent Kifaru UL frame. Has the round carbon stays that measure 25 inches. Small belt, I am a 34 and lots of strap left on each side. Coyote brown color. really only used with load shelf and 32 lb bag of fertilizer for training. Not soiled, no blood. Prefer to keep nalgene holder...
