Anybody see the Gritty Bowman squirrel video just posted? Aron appears to reach into his bag through a center zip. It was mounted to a frame. New bag or did I not see that right, anybody know?

There's other pictures that have been kicking around for awhile with what looks to be a similar design to a DT1, but with a centre zip instead of pockets and 3 horizontal compression straps. It certainly has me intrigued.

They talk about it on 161.... He called it the Reckoning pack, but I dont know if that's the actual name or not. The video on YT is listed as private, but apparently it's new, cool, has 3 straps and comes in Ranger green perhaps? Looking forward to seeing this thing

I think they pulled the podcast because Aron was talking about the new pack...I got lucky as was able to watch it before it got pulled....the pack is a prototype ......wont be available for awhile....meanwhile I am saving my pennies to buy a Tahr...almost there...if someone would buy my spotting scope i have listed I would have enough to buy the tahr!!!!! Hint hint!!

Yeah they pulled the video down but I think Aron discusses it a little bit in the podcast and the name of the pack is the reckoning. Aron made shooting that squirrel look awful easy lol.

If I'm not mistaken it has a roll top closure, spotting scope/tripod side pockets, and meat shelf.

This would be the (latest!) ideal pack for me at least. Tahr/Markhor/Argali type bag with a centre zip, vertical daisys to guide the straps either side of the zip like on the 14r, centre buckle Compression clipped into frame AND rolltop closure in addition to the snow collar lid thing. the rolltop would simply be a kclip and webbing tab on opposite sides of the drawcord channel. I dont think they would do the rolltop but its what im adding to my argali.

I really want to know more about this reckoning pack too. I still haven't pulled the trigger on a kifaru pack yet, but I did get the sawtooth! Next will be a do all (or most) pack and frame to replace my eberle. Looking at the squirrel video, looks like he has multiple pockets on it, and a center zip as well. Cant wait to see more of this one!!

I like the initial look of it with what looks like multiple pockets added to it.
DAMN! I just listened to the podcast on the gritty bowman, but cant SEE it due to no video....GRRR>...such a tease...LMAO. PLEASE PLEASE re load episode 161 so we can see the video. its a good follow on video of "whats in the pack" not to mention is sounds like it has a cool new pack!!
