I'm not sure. The guy sold it to me as a guide with the straps cut off. It has had some surgery. Pretty clean though.

It looks like it to me. You can see in the close up pic that the shoulder straps are 3/4 compared to the 1" delta strap.

Nope. All straps are 1 inch.

my current belt only has one delta strap but my EMRII has two delta strap pulls.

It should. I bought this used from this board hoping to use it with my Bikini frame. Everything works except for the shoulder straps. The Highlander is currently pending sale
