Kifaru belt pockets

Anyone have a creative way to attach some pockets to an old longhunter belt. It just has one big strap on it, been trying to figure out a good way to attach them. The belt does not detach from the frame for replacement. Its over 15 years old.

Sew a couple of pals matrix tabs on there for the upper 3 bar slider to grab onto.
