Kifaru bag on a K4?

Dont see a thread on this. Will a Kifaru bags top sleeve slide over the top of the K4 ok?

Anyone with a K4 care to post a pic of a tape measure across the top of the K4?

The primary strength of Exo is the excellent bag design. Not sure why you'd do this. The other way around, I can see that.

Not sure if it will work though.

I disagree. I don't care for the bag design. I ordered a frame so I will see if I can get it to work.

I measured 8.5 inches from center to center of the sleeves the frame slides into on the bag. I went from a Kifaru to an Exo pack. I did have to spend some time getting used to the Exo, but I now prefer it over my old Timberline.

The Kifaru won't work well, at least not on the bag I had. The stays on the K4 landed too close to those cut outs for the load lifters so they would poke threw them.
