Only selling because I'm down 25 lbs and bought a new frame with XS belt and it gave me an excuse to buy a new frame. This one has hauled some heavy loads and hauled them well.

Not sure on the length of the straps. I can try to check the order with Kifaru tomorrow. I have an 18.5" torso and a 44" chest if that helps.

What length are the shoulder straps?

There was only one size shoulder strap on these older frames and they are comparable to the long in today's model.

34-35, And there was lots of room. nearly bottomed out at 33" waist.
