Hey guys I am in the market for a new bag and I am torn between the 22 mag and the new tarryall pack. The main purpose for the new bag is to carry my 65mm spotter, tripod, 15x56 bino, dslr camera and some other small items. I have the hunting frame in 26 inch. I think I will mostly use it to transfer my optics/cameras around, day hiking and possibly overnight trips and possibly hunting. If you guys could help me out and give your opinions on what the best option should be and the pro and cons of each. Also, if you have used the packs and see how the organization would work with what I plan to carry. Thanks guys!

As soon as my Tarryall gets here, I will have both. If you want to incorporate using your existing frame, go .22 Mag. The .22 Mag is a great little pack. The Tarryall looks like it is also going to be a great pack. All comes down to whether you want to spend $250 or $600.

Does anybody know which podcast episode on gritty bowman that Aron introduced the tarryall pack?

Im pretty sure the main compartment of the Tarryall is going to be larger than the main compartment of the 22 mag. The expanding pockets on the side of the 22mag are a large portion of its 3000ci. Expanding the 22 mag is an option the Tarryall doesn't offer.

Come on Kifaru, make an option in the checkout for omni suspension system or duplex frame mount and subtract a few hundred dollars off price. I think it would make the frame mount option easier and cheaper to make, no belt, no padding, no shoulder straps, just adding a sleeve for the frame. This will for sure boost the sale of the 22 inch frame.

Yeah from watching the videos Aron made, I think I am going to go with the tarryall. I already have the mounting warrior bag and like it very much. I really like the options to tarryall has to store numerous optics and camera equipment. With the pockets of the 22 mag being very big and it doesn't leave much space to put my camera and 15s. I like the easy access of the tarryall compared to the 22 mag. Thanks for the help guys. On another note, I am thinking about ordering it in fusion. I saw on previous post in the past that the camp looks kinda purple. Is that still true or have they changed it?

Tarryall came today. Great layout, nice size, pretty sweet pack.

Yeah we're gonna need some photos! I am debating on getting it and selling my left kidney!
