Kifaru 12 man question about cots

Has anyone used a Kaifaru 12 man and put full sized cots in it. Planning on using the 12 man for just 2 of us and may bring a cot if we have room in the plane . Has anyone done this and is there enough room?

Two cots are no problem in my Seek Outside 12 person teepee.

2 cots and a stove in a SO 8 man works - little tight in my opinion, but it works. Should be nice and roomy in a 12 man.

We have a Seek Outside 12-man. I believe the Kifaru 12 man is actually bigger than the SO-12.

Anyhoo, here's a few pics of the SO-12 with two full size cots on one side. A table, woodpile, and dog bed on the other side.

Thanks for the pics. that helps. I have a smaller backpack stove I used for a 2 man tent wandering how it would work in the 12 man. I know it wouldn't keep it warm all night but wandering if it would heat it enough to dry things out . Or do I need to upgrade to a larger stove.

I'm not sure on the small stove. It would have a long pipe to radiate more heat, but the 12-man has quite a large volume of space compared to a smaller shelter.

On the Seek Outside website they list recommended stove sizes for the different shelters, that might be a good guide.

Seek Outside recommends their stoves in the 1400-2300 cubic inch range for their 12-man.
