I have been drawn twice, 2009 cow and 2014 bull, and was successful both times.

Yeah, I just got to see it in person on KYFW website. Depressing as usual. I'll do it all again next year though. It's worth it to me, for a chance to hunt one of the 12000 elk in my home state. It'll happen one of these days, right???

I had my hopes up for drawing this tag.. Maybe next year, or decade at this point!

No KY elk tag for me this year either. I'm not so fond of the 4 chance drawing. The old way you could only pick 2. Now everyone will put in for the gun & archery hunt. I have only been puting in for the archery, so my odds dwere a little better till this year.

In Tennessee, there are only 7 Elk tags each year. One is auctioned and another is for a youth hunt, so there's actually only 5 up for grabs.

I am good with that to. Cubs have one of the longest running records going and I hate to see them spoil it.

I did not put in for a tag this year, but seriously considering it next year.

Die hard Cards can here as well. Looks like I'm using a Cubs fan motto for my Kentucky elk tag......"there is always next year".
