Kenton Custom Turrets

Yes, I have a couple on Sightron and Nikon scopes. They are very well made. They are the OEM for Vortex custom turrets, or were for several years.

They are as accurate as the information you give them. If you do your homework, their turret will work great.

Lately, I have been using CTS turret tapes instead.

Both work well.

As stated above they`re awesome!
As long as you give them the correct ballistic info.
I have 3 different rifles w/NF scopes and Kenton turrets, they`re spot on out to 1000yrds

They work really well, I have them on my 30/06 and it really helps for the long shots. Their speed dial is very easy to use.

Yep, I've got a Kenton on my Vortex PST (1/2MOA). Accurate & nice to be able to dial to your yardage without having to calculate MOA. I recently changed rounds and gave a new Canadian company, ballistx.ca, a try. Had the turret within 3 days. Gave it a try at the range, 1100+ yards, and was within 8" (sub MOA) from the center of my target.

Just ordered some turret tape from Ballistix.ca for my new Tikka. $2 after promo code. If the tape works out I might order an actual turret. Thanks for the heads up, longrangejake!

I just ordered a custom turret for my Conquest V4 mounted on my 7mm STW. I provided my Magnetospeed confirmed muzzle velocity and the bullet specs. Hopefully it’s accurate to 750.

I have 6 Kenton turrets on 6 rifles. They are awesome if you have the correct info. The one on my 300 win mag was spot on at 505 yards to drop my elk. Actually 2 of them are on my sons rifles. My oldest shot a cow elk this year at 350 yards and it was spot on. The guide then used to to shoot a coyote at about 400 and dropped it!

Did you get your data off a chrono and typical hunting elevation/Temperature or did you do clicks and verify at long range?

Velocity data was from chrono, 4 of the 6 scopes were verified at distance, by the Steve West who set them up and developed the custom ammo. The other 2 just chrono data and bullet specs. I used the Hornady 4d calculator. Don't have anywhere to shoot over 100 yards. For elevation and weather I used the average elevation we hunt and weather we see in CO when hunting. I don't dial in TN.

So far all shots from 100 to 505 yards have been spot on for all the rifles!!!! I also don't shoot over 500 yards. The turrets were for 30 06 (Federal 180 TBT), 300 win mag (220 Hornady ELDX), 28 Nosler (162 Hornady ELDX), 308 (Federal Fusion 150) and 2 - 7 mm mags (180 Berger VLD H).
