Kenetrek rebuildable?

Can anyone tell me if Kenetrek Hard Scrabble's are rebuildable or not? I see that the Mt. Extremes and pack boots are on their web page but no mention anywhere, I can find, about the HS's

They should be. From what I understand the hardscrabbles are built the same as the mountain extremes just don’t go up as high.

Boy I hope that's right! I don't love a super tall boots, despite some of the advantages.
