Kenai or Teton any real world results

Now that we have some hunts and colder, anyone have any real world results of either Kuiu Kenai or Teton?

Used my Kenai last week on a day trip. After ge hike up i put it on to glass. Im in CA so it was only down in the 50's lol. I like it for an extra layer. If it was much colder than that i would use it with something ekse. Dosent stop wind, but i knew tgat when i got it. Best thing for me is weight, comfortable, and the pit zips. Sorry about the typos im using a shitty tablet

I'm using the Kenai in California too. I sweat like crazy so a breathable insulation piece with pit zips is awesome. You need to couple it with a rain jacket to stop the wind when your glassing or resting, but its toasty. My favorite piece for spot and stalk pigs cause it breathes so well and it's dead quiet. I use it with the Yukon and it's a great system.

I used the Kenai for a week long elk hunt. Temps ranged from 75 to 40 and it worked great early mornings and late evenings, I used a jetstream lite as a wind blocker when glassing. It's great for stalking I killed a cow at 15 yards and bear from 10 yards and neither heard me draw

I wore the Teton pants and long sleeve last weekend busting thru manzinita looking for bear. They held up pretty good, and were nice and comfy. I think the pants are a good mixture of strength and flexibility. They feel thicker and tougher than my Sitka ascent pants, but are still really comfortable.

I like my kenai jacket, but have one main complaint. The arms fit tight. I can still wear layers under it, but it's not the perfect fit I get from other kuiu items. I do like the material that seems to get softer and quieter with each wear/wash, and the pit zips are great. Packability is so-so; deff not on the same playing field as down. Someone on this site once described the jacket as, "kuiu got it 80% right." I agree fully with that statement, so far...
