Kansas got one

Always thought that was kinda funny. Guy gives no shits about laws. So we say you cant hunt here no more.....yall really think he gives a shit? :ROFLMAO:

A lot of times its for the publicity. They just want to brag about it, why they dump all kinds of money into filming. Most of these shows dont profit, its just ego.

Wonder what the Secret Service did in the investigation.

Seems he should of had some Lacey Act violations.

Cue his fan boys and industry partners going "You're going to attack a man's livelihood?"

Yes, yes I am. If everyone in the hunting industry who has committed violations of the law, up to and including felonies, committed similar violations in pursuit of other professions, they would be black balled forever. Instead, he'll probably go silent for a year and come back because "he's paid his dues" to sell a few more bottles of deer pee to morons who don't know any better. Josh Bowmar cut a federal plea deal and paid a quarter million dollars in fines 5 years ago, now his gimmick broadheads are in the Bass Pro Shops catalog.

Secret Service investigates financial crimes, cyber crime, point of sale compromises and business email compromise crimes. I'm guessing that the Secret Service provided evidence in regards to tracking this guys location based on credit card purchases that were made while he was committing these crimes.

Thanks, and here I mainly been worried about the alphabet boys.

Probably just move his illegal activities to a new state that is not on the list

Too bad it was not a ban in all states and some jail time

Sure a fine stings but I would bet some time behind bars would leave a more lasting impression on 99% of people

If he has his rights revoked it is reciprocal in a bunch of states these days, most ask you when buying a license!

Never heard of the dude, do you guys really think he was making a lot of money? Very few make a good living hunting!

Unbelievable these judges aren't seeing the pattern of influencers doing this stuff for clout. Bowmar. Muleyfreak. Elkshape. Brackett. There is plenty of legal precedent for making an example to discourage a behavior that is detrimental to the public and its trusts. So throw the entire book at them.

What did elk shape do?

What did elk shape do?

Ripped past a guy who he sold a "wilderness fitness" training program to on a dirtbike into a non motorized area. Dude was a member here and did a writeup on it.

Whatever they caught him doing isn't the point, though. This population of individuals displays every trait of clinical narcissism, and will do absolutely anything for attention from strangers on the internet- to include poaching, trespassing, wanton waste or sidestepping laws for wilderness areas. Most of them have done it a hundred times before they get caught, and worse, there are more and more of them every season. The only option is to draw a very clear line letting them know that they will either behave like they care about the resource or be held accountable.
