Was scouting and hangin cams this morning just walking and randomly ripped a hole in them. Seems I've read this happening to a few other here? Those that had the issue what did you do? Thanks

Those look like the 1.0 version. Contact First Lite and see if they repair your Kanabs or set you up with a new set of 2.0s. The latest version has stretch panels for extra durability.

I've had the stiches come out on mine, easy fix, but never seen a rip like that. I'd contact FL and I'll bet the replace them.

Yep, same issue. Luckily First Lite has great service. I may try a size bigger in the Kanabs but I think the Guides are a better pant. Especially for big fat kid thighs.

And I thought I was hard on gear. I've had two pairs of the kanab 1.0 pants for several years and have had zero issues. I sure feel lucky!

Same here, actually they swapped me out for Guides. I think my thighs are too big for a large Kanab but the waist is perfect.

My Kanabs developed an L-shape tear larger than a quarter coin on the butt of my pants in addition to another smaller tear. I sent a picture to First Lite requesting some patching material but was told it would be best to stitch it up. I did not receive an offer to replace them and had them stitched however, it doesn't look like it will hold as the material frayed much like the picture above. I really liked the fit and comfort of the pants but I have since retired them and will be using hiking pants made of nylon and spandex or my microtex pants that are nearly bullet proof.
