Kahtoola gaiters

Anyone have and use the gaiters?
I’ve run about ever gaiter out there and just started to see random ads for these and am just curious what others are experiencing with them.

Take a gamble and let us know. I like gaitors with zips, and they make good microspikes.

Interesting take on the instep strap, and I wonder if that zipper would have a tendancy to work its way down with no velcro or snap over it.

I have been using the instagaiter (?) for the past few months, it's the shorter, non WP version. Read some mixed reviews about durability but they have been solid for me over some rough days. Really nice to keep junk out of my boots and keep laces tied. I just unzip them to the bottom and leave them on my boots from day to day.

I was looking for a low, breathable gaiter without Velcro, so I got the renagaiter. So far, so good. I'm a size 9 boot and the medium fit perfectly over my salmon quest 4s.

for what its worth i have been using the same set of insagaiters for about 3 years now, and they are still holding up really well.
