People need to realize what he has done for hunting and supporting true working guides. Millions of dollars go to the fish and game from him purchasing tags and I’m sure he donates to foundations… From what people say he’s a stand up guy and a sportsman. Also, I like to see guys like that supporting the conservation and sport via social media. Nice bull JJ!!

Where did I imply he was doing something illegal and because it’s legal doesn’t mean we all have to agree with it.

Like I said, having someone follow a bull around for months, then come pick me up from the airport, drag me out there, have me shoot it, then sit there in the shade in a chair while they cut it up and pack it out, isn’t my cup of tea. Legal or not. I don’t care if I’m shooting a damn unicorn from Mars.

Rokslide has always been about the DIY guy getting it done the hard way.

It’s not my cup of tea either. I like to hunt alone, or with my wife and/or my son. Having access to some pretty exclusive area, I’ve been very successful unguided. That said, I choose my battles and there are a bunch of anti’s I’d rather spend my energy against than a fellow hunter who has a different approach, and a bigger bank account

Self made billionaire that gives more to conservation in a year than everyone that’s commented on this forum combined in a lifetime.
Publicly supports hunting, by all accounts a great guy and doesn’t have a laundry list of game violations like every other “public” hunting figure these days.
Awesome bull and doesn’t look like he could be any happier to have shot it. We have enough threats on hunting, shouldn’t be eating our own.
