While not definitive they do show a photo with an upside down canister in it. I’d assume it’s a 100g because at the pot diameter a larger isn’t going to fit.
At their claimed 6ish g per boil it should be good to go for mby a week trip on 100g’s. I assume that’s what they got testing with a fast boil. Typically if you slow them down they’re more efficient. I like their G2 pot with the Green Peak II stove. The canister and stove fit inside the pot for space saving. Stove and pot weigh 9.1 oz. I like the heat exchanger on the pot and they retail for about $65 for the pair. Otherwise I would go with the Jetboil.
