It doesn't come with fuel (couldn't legally ship that anyway), I'd have to open it up to recheck the accessories, but I am almost positive the one I kept has the little plastic support base that clips onto the canister. I've never even opened these two packages.

Ya sorry that was a dumb question about the fuel. Ive never used a stove like that before. Don't know what I was thinking.
