Jeremiah Johnson Passed Away at 89

I got a picture with him when I was like 9 or 10 years old. He was in my town to film the "Milagro Beanfield War". sort of weird, my dad still has that photo, I randomly saw it last time I was visiting and we were going through old stuff.

That literally had me lol when I read it, one of the best parts of the movie. Also, to this day, I can't hear or think of a Last Will & Testament of any kind, without hearing "of sound mind, and broke legs..."
How JJ met supporting characters in the movie were awesome.

“Twernt the Mormons” is the other quote that makes me laugh every time.

“Elk don’t know how many feet a horse has!” The entire movie is a quotable quote.

As Hollywood types go, he was tolerable and one of the best by a long mile. He was quite the enviro but I’ll take an enviro over someone who wants to sell it all to line their pockets. Hard to look past anyone being a good friend of Jane Fonda. But it is what it is. He had a lot of qualities I liked too. Robert Redford made good and really good movies during the span of my entire life. It’s hard not to be a little sad at his passing.
