What you listed, plus archery OTC Mule deer/coues deer in Arizona. Texas whitetail and exotics. Lots of options when you do some digging. Don’t forget upland and waterfowling too.

Go to South Florida on the east coast, where you can shoot a pig one day, and then do some bluewater trolling in the gulf stream the next

Another vote for AZ OTC archery but will add that you can pick up a javelina tag pretty easy as well and hunt both at the same time.

If you buy the AZ license, start building points for elk, antelope, and deer. $15. You can also experience awesome dove hunting in Yuma the first week of September.

OTC Barbary sheep in NM is fun if you're looking for something unique, its also a pretty cheap tag for Nonresidents

I agree with the Texas Hog Hunt...you can do it cheap and in a target rich environment. Plus if your budget would allow it you could make it an exotic hunt, most ranches will throw in the pigs as a bonus. Lots of choices for free range exotics in the TX Hill Country. PM me if you need some recommendations or want more info.

Well you said you were open to guided hunts so I would vote Kodiak goats. That winter hunt is a blast. I haven't seen much for guides advertising this hunt but you could probably find a guy. It's a target-rich environment come winter time and it helps keep a guy in shape during the winter time.
