I’m looking for an alternative to the jetstream on a solid color, preferably a shade of green. After purchasing and returning a new jetstream, having it fail when trying it on, trying on 2 others one at a scheels and one at my archery shop with the same thing happening, the wrist cuffs rip the stitching out when I put my hand through them. Followed by a poor customer service experience with Sitka. I had issues this year with 2 other newly purchased pieces of Sitka gear having stitching fail. Where I restitched myself as repairs are not free and the gear is not warrantied. On top of poor customer service. I caution anyone dealing with Sitka in the future. Now I’m looking for an alternative jacket. I seen Tony mentioning another members name for black diamond offering some great jackets. The born primitive is way to baggy and does not work well with a pack. What options have you guys had success with in the mountains? The sg m7 is on my radar but is not green. Possibly the forloh allclima, but they have some weird features I know I won’t like. Looking forward to feedback.

Nobody makes anything you'll be happy with, green or not.
The jetstream I own that was purchased 8years ago is the bar/standard. I have tried a couple brands and that jetstream imo is a better product. I would be ecstatic with another one or two if they could be found in great condition, knowing they weren’t made in solid colors.

I've used the same SKRE Hardscarbble Jacket for the last few years without issue. I did a thread here somewhere where I tested it's wind resistance vs the jetstream. While the Hardscarbble under preformed the gore lined stika offering it wasn't by a huge margin.

Plus it comes in green. https://skregear.com/products/hards...98083&pr_ref_pid=7423215796387&pr_seq=uniform
