Jackets with windstopper?

I need to replace a Cabela's Legacy Fleece jacket. I would like something ideally similar but the closest thing I can find is the Sitka Fanatic and I will never pay $400 for a jacket. I just bought a Sitka Mountain Jacket and was deeply disappointed with the sizing and will be sending it back. The 2xl size chart says 50-53 inch chest and I wear suits with 48-50 inch chests so this should have been good but I couldn't wear more than a T shirt under it. Based upon how small it ran I am confident the 3xl won't fit either.

Does anyone make something with windstopper or equivalent that isn't off the charts expensive while still being a quality product?

First lite has their Woodbury jacket in XXXL for $168. It is a steal.

There sizing is a bit whacky but I am a 48 coat and an XL works for me with a little room for layers.

Also, Maybe look at the sitka traverse cold weather hoody. It has a fleece interior. I got mine a couple of weeks ago so haven’t used it but it seems very warm. If it works, mine is going to be my mid season whitetail top.

Have you looked at the Sitka Jetstream? I've got no personal experience with it but I hear it blocks wind well and is warm for a softshell.

When I need camo I use a Sitka Stratus, its fleece like on the outside and blocks the wind very well. For solids I use some fleece shirts and jackets from Duluth Trading Co. with their windproof liner. Both work very well. Shouldn't have a size/fit issue with DTC either.

That Sitka jetstream is a amazing peice of clothing, the wind stopping capabilities are really good, was never sold on it till I took it out on a really cold day with 25 + mph winds cut the wind really well.

I'll second the Jetstream, but the Stratus sounds just like what he's looking for. I use both and actually prefer the Stratus.

Stratus has the sitka wind block. It works well for me. Just a wind shirt with a jacket you have may be a cheaper option.

Picked up a fleece shirtjac and older model shoreman. I don't believe either are currently carried, but watch the sales for anything with their wind stopper - some of their sale prices can be crazy good deals.
