Anyone know if this is a legit business, seems to have a lot of powders, primers in stock.

Any website that has a full inventory of primers and powders right now is likely a scam. This one specifically has lots of red flags: spelling errors, copyright date, and the street view of the address is a resident cul de sac. Definitely a scam.
