Is too compressed a problem

How can you tell when a load is too compressed? I know a little compression can actually improve accuracy

If it's to compressed it can push the bullet out of the case a little and cause inconsistent CBTO.

As above, or you distort the bullet with the seater plug.

sometimes you can hear the powder crunch, but that is powder type dependent
