You're from the left coast, get in your prius and go see them. Stop at Nosler along the way and buy some kickasss bullets too.How do I get on the Leupold payroll to defend their scopes online with nothing but anecdotal evidence?
yawnnnnnnnn..............I've known many people with Leopold scopes that just have to "adjust a few clicks" every season like it's an acceptable thing. It moved because "it rode on an ATV rack" or "it fell over while leaning against a tree" or some other BS. Just because a scope was used to kill something doesn't mean that the scope didn't fail.
This is a long range hunting forum so a scope that can't maintain zero even if only by "a few clicks" is an issue.yawnnnnnnnn..............
I am certain you can do it. How many boxes of ammo will you need to hit it once? Haha10" is no problem. I can hit a coke can at 700 with a 22.
African PH"s are much the same.......their rentals/loaners are chock full of Leupy's.I think Timberline said it best. For most hunters a Leupold fits just fine, but if you want to shoot 800+ yards at game or when stakes are higher, then perhaps other scopes fit that bill much better.
I just look to many guides like Shockey that have clients in griz and BB country and they favor Leupold scopes on back-up rifles. Certainly they ain't risking the lives of their clients or themselves over a sponsors scope if it's prone to failure.
Should I tell the story again where I killed a dozen called coyotes with a broken scope that wouldn't hold 3 moa for 10 shots without missing, and then discovered my scope was fubared when I went to develop a load with another bullet??Oh we’ve heard about them as well
Just a couple warm up shotsI am certain you can do it. How many boxes of ammo will you need to hit it once? Haha
Or possibly a LeuOAL award?I vote @JGRaider as Leupolds man of the year.
