Is anyone else burning extra points on a General tag in Wyoming?

I'm in the same boat with 4. I have no clue what to do. I'm trying to decide between Wyoming and Colorado this year. I could do 500 or 501 in Colorado

Same here. Have 4 points and hate watching the point creep. I'd like to draw a General tag but hate burning the points. If I found someone to join in a group am I allowed to accept $$$ to apply as a group? The other person would be virtually guaranteed to draw a General tag in the regular draw and I wouldn't be wasting the extra money I paid for points.

EDIT: I'm no longer looking for anyone to join a party application.
