More info is needed like draw length and arrow weight but in short, yes it’s very likely unless your shooting a 300 grain arrow with a 24in draw length.

Arrows weigh close to 350 grains, and I want to say draw length is “31 thereabouts

You will never hit an elk at that range with an arrow. Its just too far and too small of a target.

My cousins setup:
Clean pass through, cheap bear bow, 29"/70lb quartering away right behind the ribs clipped the heat out the front of the brisket, 70 yards, 420gn arrow magnus broadhead. The arrow went quite a ways after that shot.

I did a follow up shot on a injured bull (days later)
Clean pass through on the pelvic bone, hard quartering (not a great shot but it was needed), Bowtech speed bow, 60 yards, 28"/70lb, 540gn arrow, iron will broadhead

Seriously? 70lbs a 31in draw and 450 grain arrows? You can blow through a Trex at 60 yards with that setup.

28.5 inch draw here, pulling 70lbs, and had a pass through on a moose at 75 yards with a 100g deep six iron will broadhead on the end of a 4mm FMJ. Short answer in my book is yes the broadhead can do it but it is entirely dependent upon your gear and placement.
