I watched the relevant portions of the video at least 10 times. To suggest the there is conclusive evidence is the bull is reacting to broadhead noise beyond a stretch. To say he is not reacting to the bow noise is also a stretch.
I think he was reacting simply to the bow noise. It could also be that he was getting nervous about the caller or shooter.
A person can hear an arrow coming, even when there is only a field point on it. How much does a brand X bh add to that?
It is always a good idea to let the evidence lead to a conclusion rather than come to a conclusion and try to find evidence to support it.

After watching the ranch fairy video about arrow noise I started to slow down the videos of all the elk films I watched. When slowed down frame by frame most elk even when relaxed had some movement before impact. Seemed like only a few did not drop before impact. Very unscientific just some of my you tube observations. I dont claim to know if it is string or arrow.
