Many bowhunters have benefited this year from our 1.0 inch long, 25 grain, hardened steel Impact Collars on bone splitting impacts. Some people were not able to get this advantage without being underspined on their current arrow setups. To meet these needs, we have made a 0.7 inch long, grade 5 titanium Impact Collar weighing only 10 grains. As a few of you have noticed, I've been shooting these all season with great results. Now you can choose high strength arrow reinforcement at the weight that works best for your setup. CNC machined in the USA for the ultimate in precision.

c10 Impact Collars: Grade 5 Titanium. 0.7 inch, 10 grains
c25 Impact Collars: Hardened Steel, 1.0 inch, 25 grains

We make these for .204 ID arrows (5mm Axis & FMJ, RIP TKO, Gold Tip Kinetic, Black Eagle Rampage) to be used with standard thread HIT inserts and also for .166 ID arrows (Easton 4mm Carbon Injection, FMJ Injections, Gold Tip Kinetic Pierce) to be used with Deep Six HIT inserts. We also make premium hardened steel HIT inserts which we manufacture under a license agreement with Easton Archery.

Let me know if you have any questions on how these can work for your setup.

It's great your making these components. I really like the collars and have had great luck, I have still hit targets hard enough that even though the collar saved the arrow the brass HIT bent so the arrow wouldn't spin true. I'm excited to try the hardened steel HIT's, hopefully they will mitigate the bending as well.

nphunter, thanks for the feedback. Yes, brass or aluminum HIT inserts are pretty soft and will bend much easier than our hardened still HIT inserts.

Here is a oz cut ultra four which is basicly a 4 bladed QAD, its ove the Steel collar...

I've had a few questions on arrow compatibility so I've updated the chart on our website and attached it here.130236

Both of these shafts survived just fine after direct boulder hits😬

Oh I just picked up the Ironwill HIT insert tool as well, pure genius that design. The plastic Easton ones won't even make it through a whole batch of shafts sometimes.

Looks like BE X-Impacts run .256” OD and the C25-D/C10-D IW collars are .2540” ID. Lil bit of sanding? Bill V is pretty active here and I’m sure your could reach out. I’ve got a set for my Axis 260 Pro and am about to purchase some for the 300 and 340. Best of luck
