Iron Will CS Issues?

Has anyone had any customer service issues with iron will? I’ve been trying to contact them via phone call in regards to a return/exchange and have contacted vi email to set that up from a cs rep but since my broadheads were received I haven’t heard anything back in regards to my new shipment?

Anyone experience any similar issues or just me?
