Late to this party but just wanted to give my opinion, the IQ pro hunter is an awesome sight two fixed pins with your third being your floater from 40+ yards. The retina lock is just another box to check when drawing the bow, guys check their bubbles, string coming down their top cam to ensure it’s not torqued left or right, they make sure their nose or kisser button is anchored exactly the same spot each time, hand placement, etc. the retina lock is just another tool to ensure your form is consistent and it works no doubt about it. The pins are crazy crisp, strong construction, and the floater allows this sight to be all around from whitetail woods to out west. I love mine. Downsides are there’s no site tape so you’ll have to make your own or get one custom made per your specs and you only have so much room to adjust the sight close or further from your bow, pretty minor cons compared to the pros. Ps my favorite thing about this sight is the housing doesn’t move only your floater does so if you dial it down to 70-80 yards and you’re shooting a heavier arrow you don’t have to worry about arrow clearance, some guys get maxed out in their hhas and spot hoggs and have sight tapes out to 100 but if they drop their sight down to that hardware they don’t even have arrow clearance whereas this sight housing is set only the pin moves.
