Iowa Non-Resident Spring Turkey Draw

Anybody else put in for the Iowa non-resident spring turkey draw for 2020? This was my first year so I have zero preference points. I put in for zone 4 season 4 so who knows if I’ll draw. Figured it would be a good way to scout areas I’d likely deer hunt when I draw a deer tag in a few more years.

Well I drew. Anybody else get lucky? Also, deadline to apply was January 26 and they ran draw and had results emailed out by January 31. I reckon it might be the quickest preference point draw results turnaround in the nation. I wish Western states were that quick.

Apply Saturday and get the "you have been drawn" email Friday.
I'll be on the north side the state for season 3.
