Intermittent Fasting

I tried this, didn't work for me, my metabolism crashed after about 2 weeks, my cardio workout times kept going up, until finally I couldn't finish the workout any more, and I've always been able to finish....so I went off the diet and my metabolism quickly went back to normal and I was back to my pre-diet workout times...wheeeew. I was really worried for a couple weeks, I thought something else might be going on, but my hunch was that it was the diet.
 
Tagged. I always wake up feeling great when I'm disciplined enough to do it.
