Brother in law got a new to him 23’ single outboard boat. We all met at 5:00 am as planned and 18-20 with lighting nonstop and rain.
No thanks.
Plenty of ice, live baits, etc. weather broke by know it was still blowing. Decided to take the boat out on a maiden voyage with a six-year-old, my wife, brother-in-law, and a buddy.
Rough headed out.
Went only 11 miles amd made one stop.
Not a bad 3 hr trip. Too bad it took 12 hrs.
