insole suggestion

Wernies, usually. Haven't needed to upgrade crispi.
Superfeet green were notably not a upgrade for me.

Super feet and Spenco Tolat Support are working for me. Both do trap moisture underneath and need removed occasionally to dry or after a long hike.

Find a store that fits super feet and find the right arch level in their line that has the moldable footbed. It is a noticeable upgrade from their basic line and the durability is great

Trying something in their hiking line would likely render better results. The greens are very basic and never worked well for me either, but the coppers worked great. On the same note, in my kenetrek no upgraded was needed

Fyi. I have a very narrow low volume heal, high arch and a wide forward foot. I have gone through dozens of boots and insole combos.
For insole I have gone to superfeet trailblazer with carbon fiber arch support in all my boots.
For boots.
Crispi briksdals mtn pro
Salomon quest 4d
Asolo tps 520
The briksdals and asolos are too tight in the forefoot but that's what it takes to keep my heel in place.

Same issue with a wide front and narrower heal. Always feel like I'm giving something up one way or another with fitment. The crispi colorados are pretty good but a little narrow up front if you have anything but a light weight sock and add in the aftermarket insole. I have not tried sizing up to see if that provides better fitment.

I might be able to assist you if figuring some of this out for you...Give us a call if you like...

Thanks
