Initial Ascent Velcro Problem

Just got an Initial Ascent pack. I went to adjust the shoulder straps and the Velcro peeled off the Velcro from the frame. Any good tips on keeping the adhesive Velcro from coming off the frame. I was thinking of using some adhesive spray but don’t know if it will hold strong enough

Get ahold of Joe or Dennis. Mine did that two weeks ago packing out an elk. He sent me a new set of strips and back in business

Agree with others, contact them, I have heard nothing but good about their CS, And they will have the best fix for you

Ask how to prevent that in the future as well, they will get you dialed in

They also need to know because if it’s a common problem, they will want to resolve that
