Inexpensive sleeping bag?

Looking for a bag for this elk and muley season. Will b staying in a wall tent for the first couple weeks, tent after that.

What is an expensive to you? Coleman are cheap.

Under $100 for sure, under $75 would be nice. Still have to figure out a water system as well

Best advice would be to look for a used higher quality bag that still has good life left, if you're going to be doing any backpacking. If you're just truckin' into camp, then you've got lots of relatively inexpensive options (could even just bring blankets from home).

Take a look at quest bags. You can find a -10 or 0degr bag in that price range. It is going to weigh about 5lbs though.

Big heavy Coleman is good for wall tent/trailer.

Hell you can get 2 Ozark trail 15 degree bags for ~$40 on Walmart.com that weigh bout 3.5 lbs each

For camper and wall tent set ups I had 3 different styles of Coleman's bags and the zippers on all 3 failed - 2 in less than a year. Picked up a couple 0* Teton bags from Sportsmans for less than $100 each and on the third or fourth year now with no problems. Heavier and prolly optimistic rating but pretty good for base camps
