Inbound to Dover, DE

I am getting stationed at Dover AFB, DE in NOV. Anybody on here around that area?

I'm in Baltimore which is a little over an hour away. Are you planning on doing any hunting in the area?

Yes I will be hunting as much as possible, I don't think I will be able to do any hunting this season. But who knows.

You might want to consider getting a Maryland hunting license too. There's a fair amount of public land on the eastern shore and we have a good population of sika deer which are basically miniature elk.

I'm just up the road at McGuire. There is a decent sized state forest outside of base, plus all of the training ranges that are open to hunting as well. Lots of whitetail and black bear in NJ.

Seasons in both Delaware and NJ run through Jan for archery as well
