In Search of Grid Fleece Hoody with DWR

Any recommendations besides the SG Circue Lite or the Sitka Ambient?

I am pretty sure the Sitka Grinder Hoody is just their Heavyweight Hoody with DWR. You may want to give that a look!

Kuiu Strongfleece series or FL Origin. Neither are true grid fleeces- I think a DWR finish requires some kind of hard face

Patty makes a tech face r1 I think. Or did make. I tried it and didn't like it. Anything with dwr will decrease breathability which kind of defeats the purpose in my opinion. If you are looking to shed light precip go for a windshirt. If weight is not a concern go softshell of some sort.

The Grinder used to be the half zip somewhat heavier face version of the discontinued Cold Weather hoody full zip. Not sure if they changed the Grinder to match the new Traverse makeup.
