I've got 3 points (non-resident) I'm wanting to hunt with a muzzleloader. I had planned to apply for the 87-88 conglomerate, but I've heard tale of better units that could be drawn with 3 but I don't know what they are.
Side story
A couple years ago I drew a second draw tag for 132, 139, 145 muzzleloader. I had assumed there would be antelope on the thousands of acres of national grassland, and surely the units have lots of antelope as CPW was allowing a couple hundred tags for the units...NOPE I was wrong. I scouted 2 days/400 miles prior to the opener and found 3 antelope on public (all bucks) and about 9 does and fawns on private. I managed to harvest one of the bucks the afternoon of the first day and was dang lucky and happy to get it.
