Has anyone ever tried to use an impact 4000 on their thermal setup? I get it's not super cost effective but scheels has em on sale and I've been looking pretty hard at em

I’ve used a SiCo radius. Works well. Supposedly there is a new unit coming out like the Impact that is going to be in the same price range but uses AB instead of GB if that matters.

It looks like regular price to me at Scheels.

You can get them for $1499 if you know where to shop.

The one by me has em for 1499 and I have a couple hundred bucks in gift cards making it really attractive

Gotcha. I looked online and it was showing normal price.

I want to grab one but haven’t yet. For certain applications they would be pretty dang useful.

I agree but was hoping to get some real world usage reviews on here

Probably have better luck on SH. There are a lot more guys on there that shoot and use a variety of gear compared to here.

I dont know, but swapping that finder between multiple scopes wouldn't you have to always be checking its zero?

Seems it would be eSier to have your thermal set up and then have a day separate even if you want to swap the day between day guns.

I ran the sico radius and before that a cheap ass 200$ off ebay, both worked, the sic better, but now many many models and makes have integrated lrf's and many of them will do ballistics in scope( for some ranges not needed, but in the west is nice).
