Illumination not working credo 3-9x40

My illuminated reticle on a credo 3-9x40 mil square red stopped working. Checked the usual culprits, new battery, cleaned and checked contacts. Tried the thump test. Nothing. It's out of the waranty windows. Any suggestions? Im fine using it without illumination but would prefer if it worked.

Have you checked with Trijicon? They should have some ideas.

I have had nothing but positive CS from Trijicon , I'd call them first .

Sending it in and paying for a repair is much cheaper than buying another scope, I'm sure.
