I'm selling my ILBE Main Bag with the following modifications:
1. Removed Hypalon panels on side of bag
2. Removed Mortar cinch straps on side of bag
3. Removed Flap/pouch on front of bag.
4. Removed stitching on load lifters to increase lift angle
5. Sewed piece of Hypalon onto Lumbar pad to keep belt from slipping down
6. Sewed delta straps onto belt and added hardware to pack for adjustment (helps stabilize load and reduce barreling)
7. Made longer aluminum stays to give extra torso length
8. Replaced draw cord with elastic shock cord on snow collar
9. Strap reinforcement for upper cinch straps
I will take pictures and highlight each modification and post tomorrow. 5,6 & 7 can be removed/reversed.
