Looking for suggestions on insulated hunting pants for winter deer hunting in Wisconsin, also what material for some briar cocklebur proof ?

I would get whatever pint floats your boat then a pair of puffy pants. Once you get to your blind or stand slip the puffy pants over your pants and super toasty and ready to go.

Check out the Kings Lone Peak pants. I love mine for exactly what you described. Really like the sizing options as well. Camofire has these regularly for a good price.
