Jeremy checkout Hill People Gear as well there systems are very modular like Kifaru so it gives you the freedom to customize to your needs. For a while I used Duplex frame with HPG highlander and it worked perfect.

Badlands 2200 fits the bill too.

Mystery Ranch Longbow with the lift kit for your height so the load lifters are functional. The bag, NICE frame, and lift kit should be around $500 shipped. Once you have the NICE frame, you can move up in bag size without changing the frame. Kifaru is great also, I'm just not familiar with their current line up. Badlands 2200, for the money, is a really good pack as well.
