I rate mountain lion in top 5 game meats! Very very tasty.

I would tend to agree... however the cougar we killed this year was like chewing leather! Still good taste, but she was an old female and after the 3rd or 4th bite I tossed it and went back to the elk steaks. Meat was even cooled off and cleaned very quickly.

Great job Nick! I'm jealous of the bow kill!
