Idaho Moose 36-A

Hi,

I got lucky and drew and Idaho moose 36-a tag.

I have no experience moose hunting.

What is the difficulty of finding an average bull? I am self employed and can take lots of time off. Anyone with experience in the area I would appreciate any advice.

I would love to diy this hunt, but don't want to get in over my head.

What dates would everyone recommend? Looks like most people recommend end of sep through early October.

Either go during archery elk or talk to guys who hunted there and they will have plenty of info where the moose are , lots of people running around that time of year
