ID Kifaru belt size

Im getting ready to list a pack for sale but I don't know what size belt it has? I know they made me a s-medium at some point but I have no way to tell if this is it? Anyone know how to measure one to see?

Measuring the padding end to end I get.

Xtra Small: 30”
Small: 31.5”
Medium: 34”
